Visiting Kelmscott Manor by Coach
Coaches are only allowed at Kelmscott Manor on Wednesdays for pre-booked group visits. To find out more about our group visits please visit our Groups page.
Coach drivers approaching from Faringdon should avoid Radcot Bridge on the A4095 from Faringdon and are advised to use the western approach to Kelmscott via Lechlade turning off the A417 Lechlade to Faringdon Road at the Trout Inn.
Please follow the ‘Kelmscott Manor’ Brown signs and do not drive through the village of Kelmscott. Please do not drive to the manor entrance as the roads are single track with no room to turn around.
The car park at the top of the village is suitable for coaches as the entrance and lower parking area are constructed with Grasscrete.
The what3word location for the car park is reforming.cheering.person
On entering the village, at the first junction turn right and then right again into the car park following the brown directional signs for parking. You will see the designated parking area for coaches to the left as you enter the car park.
A shuttle bus will be able to bring visitors who are unable to make the ½ mile walk to the manor.
